Terms and Conditions of Return on Ink Cartridges and Toner Cartridges
Returns Processed With No Questions Asked!
- A return claim must be lodged within 60 days of invoice.
- To make a return claim, please send an email to arnoldluby@thriftyink.com.au containing the following information:
- Your Invoice Number
- The Quantity and SKU of items to be returned
- You will be provided with a Return Authority (RA) number and a return address. Please send the cartridges, along with the RA number, to this address and we will send you a replacement or refund.
