Q.  How do I buy ink cartridges and toner cartridges online?

A.  You can use the search feature or category lists to find our ink cartridges and toner cartridges, or make use of the search feature to search for the model number of your printer, ink cartridge or toner cartridge.  Simply select your product and choose 'Add to Cart'.  Once you are ready to finalise your order, choose 'Checkout' and enter your shipping and payment details.

Q. What are genuine, compatible and remanufactured cartridges?

A.  OEM or Genuine catridges are those produced by your printer manufacturer (e.g. HP, Canon, Epson etc...).  Compatible cartridges are models produced by compaines other than the printer manufacturer.  Remanufactured cartridges have been refilled with ink / toner.

Q. My printer is not recognizing compatible cartridges.

A.  This is rare but can happen occasionally on some models.  To fix, follow this procedure.

1. With the power on the printer, remove the cartridges.
2. Turn off power at the wall and wait 3-5 minutes
3. Turn power back on and reinsert the cartridges

Q.  My ink cartridge or toner cartridge is not working properly - it prints nothing / streaks / blotches etc. How can I fix this? Is the cartridge faulty?

A.  It is posible, although unlikely that a faulty ink cartridge or toner cartridge is causing your problems.  Before requesting a return, try the following:

1. Make sure you removed the plastic strip(s) from the cartridge when you installed it.  These are for shipping purposes only, and the cartridge will not function with them installed.
2. Run a Clean or Deep Clean on the printer head.  Consult your printer manual for detailed instructions.
3. Run a Nozzle check on the printer.  Again, consult your manual for detailed instructions.
4. If the problems remain after changing the cartridge and performing the above steps, you may have a defective printer.

Q.  How are your ink cartridges and toner cartridges delivered?

A.  Our aim is for all ink cartridges and toner cartridges to be delivered next business day* by courier, Australia Post or Australian Air Express throughout Australia.  Delivery is FREE on all orders over $100. 
* Over specified routes where order placed before 10.00am AEDT 

Q.  Can you deliver to a PO Box?

Yes, however a $10 surcharge will apply.
